Ike and Seremonie VDL had an outstanding win at the third round of the World Cup show jumping series held in Tauranga last weekend.
With ten starters in the round, only three competitors made the round clear. In the second round, Ike took a rail but was fast and otherwise clean and finished up with only 4 faults and leading the competition.
Ike’s competitors in the second round were not so lucky, Beatson got a rail at the last jump and his steady speed didn’t help him with time faults.
Cameron took a rail in the middle of the round and struggled with the time.
This was Ike’s first win in the world cup and everyone at NRM is exceptionally proud of everyone at Mount View Sport Horses for this great achievement.
