The ideal attributes we are seeking:
· Selling experience, strong self motivation to succeed & high energy levels are critical
· An affinity towards farmers, an understanding of rural markets- in particular dairy and calf rearing- is important.
· Ideally you will already be involved in selling to farmers and can demonstrate success in rural sales
· Tenacity and the ability to sell on value
· A tertiary qualification is an advantage but not essential for this role. Technical selling skills are.
