The roughage supplied with Ready Rumen is chopped to length and supplied at the optimum ratio for rumen development in young calves. A complete feed that requires no added roughage, vitamins or minerals, Ready Rumen offers a hassle free feed for the 'once a day' feeding system.

Calves are housed inside and fed ‘once a day’ on a fortified milk or a ‘thickshake’ Power whey mixture plus ad-lib Ready Rumen. Introduce Ready Rumen from birth and feed ad lib through to 84 days. Calves may have no access to pasture until 8-10 weeks.
