Notes on lamb feeding
Ensure feeding bottles and utensils are in a clean condition. Keep powder in a clean, dry container. To teach a lamb to feed, place the feeding teat into its mouth and move its jaw by hand to stimulate sucking. DO NOT OVER FEED; it is preferable to keep lambs a little hungry. Provide clean fresh water at all times. Good quality hay or pasture should be available from the first week.
